Mr. Frank Kostenko is a retired Navy CAPT (O-6), with his final tour as Commanding Officer of DTSA and the Sr. US Trade Committee Intelligence officer. Frank has over 40 year career as a major project producer. PacRim started working high-end, organic 3D IMAX and Theme park projects in the 1990s.
Frank is a member of the Directors Guild of Americasince 1990, as a unit production manager (UPM). Frank holds two Graduate degrees: a Master’s of Project Engineering & Management, and a second advanced degree, a Master’s of Military Arts and Science.
